Vacation Rental Description

the home is located in a quaint fishing village of saint marks, 
florida/st. marks and the wakulla rivers,and is ideal for fisherman 
and family getaway, which is one of north florida's most popular 
fresh and salt water fishing and scalloping in the area.  grouper, 
speckled trout, red fish, rock bass, blue fish, cobia and spanish 
mackerel. two blocks from the gulf. this 1700 sq. ft. home has 3 
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and vaulted ceilings.  the greatroom with 
fireplace, dinning room, kitchen, and island bar is an open area, 
laundry room, washer and dryer, central heat and air, ceiling fans, 
satellite tv, dvd,vcr, stereo and phone. towels and linens 
provided.  boat rentals are available locally, or your boat can be 
kept at the rental home for your confidence to launch at san marcos 
de apalach state park.

Vacation Rental Amenities

the kitchen is fully equipped with range/stove, refrigerator, 
microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemaker, utensils, dishes and 
cookware, patio table, chairs, gas grill downstairs.

local sites- st. marks natural wildlife refuge, wakulla springs 
state park, bike trails.  
shell island fish camp and marina, boat rentals,restaurants, several 
seafood restaurants that also serve breakfast. please visit our

Vacation Rental Rates

$165.00 per night, 2 night stay minimum.
a damage fee will be added if there are damages upon departure.
these prices are based on 6 people, over 6 people $17.00 per night per person.
9% sales tax.
to cancel reservations, we require a 30 day notice.
we accept cashiers checks, money orders, visa and mastercard. call for availability.
