15,000 sqft lot with plenty of parking for boats and/or if needed 
full RV hookups behind closed gates. Additional parking available 
for boats or RV on property. Jumbo two car garage available with 
remote and key pad. Water softner/RO,high speed internet/wireless 
internet ready,60" TV, Sony home theater system, VCR/DVD, fully 
functioning kitchen with all appliances, washer/dryer, BBQ, exterior 
fire place, multiple families are welcome as well as pets. (with 
small deposit)

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 bedrooms with closets and one bedroom with hide a bed in couch, 
with 2 full bathrooms,additional inflatable mattresses available, 
ceiling fans throughout, central air cooling, high speed 
internet ready, everything you will need for fun or relaxing with 
family or friends. It's a home away from home!

Activities and Attractions

The home is located minutes from movie theater and golf course and a 
step further to the London Bridge and Marina with easy access on or 
off the property for all the toys. Laughlin is only an hour and a 
half away with Las Vegas about 1 hour farther. If that is too far 
take the ferry over to Havasu Landing for a night in the casino. Do 
you want to stay in for an evening, try the games and activities 
offered at the house. Boating, fishing, hiking, quading, or anything 
else is just at your fingertips and ready for you.

Vacation Rental Rates

Annual Rates for 2007
$500 Deposit due at reservation
$250.00 nightly with 2 day minimum
$350 nightly for holidays with 3 day minimum with no Sat arrival
$1200 weekly rate with no Sat arrival
$3000 Monthly rate (may be negotiable)
Cleaning fee of $125(includes towels/Linens), pet deposit of $100
**Monthly does not include utilities**
**Balance due 30 days prior to actual check in date with full refund 
if cancelled with 14 day notice and one night fee charge for 
cancellations after that time.

***3% of total cost will be charged for all credit card transactions
