Vacation Rental Description

The Russell estate is a beautiful, peaceful and private two acre 
oceanfront property with 300 feet of sandy, oceanfront beach.  It 
was originally owned by the Russell family, one of the pioneer 
families of Islamorada.   A perfect retreat for family or couples to 
enjoy beautiful sunrises; long naps on an ocean-view, palm-shaded 
hammock; sunbathing and building sand castles on a sandy beach and 
much more....You'll feel the peace the minute you step in.  At mile 
marker 83.5, this perfect getaway is in the heart of Islamorada.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The single family home has a homey, oceanfront cottage appeal.  It 
is cozy, tranquil and recently completely remodeled.  It has 
hardwood bamboo floors throughout, lots of natural light, new 
bathrooms, new kitchen.    Master bedroom has private bath, king 
size bed, desk, overlooks the ocean and has perfect sunrise view.  
Living area overlooks ocean with abundant sitting, lounging space 
and one pullout sofa.  2nd and 3rd bedrooms have lots of sunlight, 
full closets and 2 single beds and queen size bed, respectively. 
Dishwasher, microwave, brand new refrigerator, washer, dryer, flat panel LCD TV
w/cable, DVD/CD player, stereo, and telephone.  Towels and linens

High-speed DSL service available.

Activities and Attractions

There are 2 bicycles and a 2 person sea kayak available for use on 
premise. Ocean swimming, Snorkling and flyfishing accessible right 
off the property.  There is a private 160' dock (1'- 4' depth at 
low/high tide).  Nearby backcountry boating and tours, Kayak/Jet Ski 
rentals, Islamorada Founder's Park (with olympic size pool, tennis 
crts and beach), famous seven mile bridge, Luxurious Day Spas and 
Islamorada night life within walking distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

Only weekly and monthly based rentals available 
$2800 per week (mid. Dec.- Aug.)
$2000 per week (Sept. - mid. Dec.).  Cancellation Fee will be waived due to Tropical Storm.
Holiday weeks add $500
Monthly rate = 3x weekly rate
Cleaning fee upon checkout
Credit card deposit required
