Listen to the ocean gently crash on the glistening sandy-white beach from the large master bedroom with a new king size bed, a master bath, plenty of closet space, and access to the balcony from the MBR and the living room. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, and the third has two twin beds - plenty of room for the whole family and even some friends. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo will make your family feel right at home. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets, take a romantic walk along the beach, go body-surfing in the warm waters of the Gulf, or just relax in our Heated Pool, and for the ultimate in relaxation sit back in our Hot Tub (Whirlpool Spa). Our Gulf-front condo is located on the 7th floor with convenient 2-elevator access and spectacular views. Our renovated condo also includes a washer and dryer in the unit. A $120 setup/departure fee (for cleaning, fresh sheets and bath towels)
per stay and applicable taxes (12% on the total rental fee) must be
added to the above rates. There are no hidden fees!
A $300 Deposit (per week rented) is due upon booking and the total balance
is due 40 days prior to arrival.
Checks, credit cards, and PayPal is accepted.
Discounts are available for stays of 3 weeks or longer. Prices are
subject to change at any time.
