also situated along the greens of the prestigious Talon Golf 
Course in the Grayhawk community.

design and furnishings.

First Floor: Enter the fully equipped Tuscan Kitchen with Granite 
slab Counter-tops and Breakfast Bar, Wild Mahogany Cabinets, electric 
stove, microwave and dishwasher.  
The large Living Room boasts 20+ foot vaulted ceilings, fireplace, two sofas, 
36-inch TV, entertainment system, DVD, and VCR.
The adjacent Den could be used as a bedroom or office, as it is 
furnished with a leather queen sleeper sofa and computer desk.
The Laundry Room is equipped with full-sized washer and dryer, 
ironing board and iron.
Off the laundry room is a two-car garage.

Second Floor: The Master Suite is furnished with a Dark Cherry King-
Size Sleigh Bed, matching armoire and nightstands. 30 inch TV, and 
DVD player. 
Master bath includes Roman tub, double basin, separate shower, Spa-
Quality towels and a spacious walk-in closet. 
The Second Bedroom has two twin beds with armoire, 25-inch TV and a 
private full bathroom. 

At this exclusive, gated community you will have full access to the 
heated pool with rock water fall, two jacuzzi spas, barbeque and a 
fully-equipped exercise room. In addition, there is the "Club 
Cachet" room with big-screen TV and kitchen, which can be reserved
