Hunting season is coming up and our home is in the middle of a huge hunting and outfitting area!! This is the perfect getaway for hunters to relax after being out in the field all day!! Contact us for details.
Come see the Bald Eagles right in our Cottonwood trees!!!! Eagles should arrive the first week of December and will be here until early March! On 10-10-11 we spotted a 3 yr old Bald Eagle in our Cottonwood tree while having coffee on the deck. Bring your cameras and video for magnificent up close shots of America's national symbol. Don't miss this awesome opportunity!!!

The confluence of the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers is just steps away from our new home. The front faces the Great River Road, a National Scenic Byway. The back faces the river, The Sam Vadalabene Bike Trail and several islands where the Eagles winter "A million dollar view".
Features include: Central AC and heat, 3 bedrooms, ( two adult bedrooms and one bedroom with four bunks just for the kids and sleeps up to eight comfortably.
Relax as you enjoy the beautiful view of the river and surrounding tree lined bluffs.
Enjoy the Huge firepit in our back yard for bon fires. Perfect for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows!

Our spacious kitchen has a built in wall oven, smooth top range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,coffee maker, and convection oven. Our Family room has AM-FM stereo with CD player and Ipod dock, 50 in. flat sceen TV, and an all-weather alert radio.
Also enjoy our outdoor kitchen with wet bar, refridgerator and LP gas grill.
Step out onto the newly built 640 sq. ft. deck that spans nearly the entire width of the house! Relax as you watch the river roll by.
Dinnerware, cookware and condiments are provided for your convenience.
Floor to ceiling palladium windows boast the awesome view of the river.
Bed, bath and kitchen linens are also provided for your convenience.
Coin laundrymat is available in town.

This area is a hunters paradise in the Fall and an Eagle watchers haven in the Winter!
Take a walk or bicycle ride along the Sam Vadalabene Bike Trail that lines our property. This 22 mile trail spans from Alton to Pere Marquette State Park.
Restaurants, shopping, boat marina and wineries are within walking distance.
Pere Marquette State Park, the largest State Park in Illinois, is just five miles West and always has nature and family activities scheduled throughout the year.
Raging Rivers Water Park is just 3 miles East on the River Road.
Eckert's Orchards are close by and available for apple, peach and pumpkin picking as well as plenty family activities.
Boat, bike, canoe and kayak rentals and horseback riding are available in town.
Yard games and family board games and provided for our guests.

$150.00 per night Friday thru Sunday Check in 3:00pm Friday Check out 11:00am Sunday
A $50.00 refundable security deposit is required
A $75.00 non refundable cleaning and maintenance fee is also required
50% deposit required (non-refundable if reservation is cancelled
less than 30 days prior to arrival).
All Cancellations must be recieved at least 30 days
in advance of reserved dates.
Balance due in full one week prior to arrival.
