Vacation Rental Description

Due to recent flooding, please call for availability.

Under new ownership as of September of 2007! 1200 sq. ft cabin just 
steps from the confluence of the Illinois and Mississippi River. 
This air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin will provide plenty of 
room for 2-6 people.Relax as you enjoy the beautiful view of the 
river and surrounding tree lined bluffs. Take a walk or ride a bike 
along the Sam Vadalabene Bike trail that lines our property! This is 
a 20 mile long bike/ walking trail. The front of the cabin is facing 
the Great River Road, a National Scenic Byway.The back of the cabin 
faces the river! Restaurants, shopping and wineries are within 
walking distance. Enjoy the large firepit in backyard for 
bon fires. Perfect for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows! This area 
is a hunters paradise in the Fall and a boaters playground in the 
Summer!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen with dinnerware and cookware provided.  Microwave, 
convection oven/toaster, coffee maker, electric skillet,stove and 
refrigerator.
AM-FM radio-CD Player
Satellite TV ($5.00 per day extra)
Smokie Joe BBQ grill (small)
All Weather Alert radio provided.

Bed, bath and kitchen linens provided. 
Coin laundrymat available in town.

Activities and Attractions

Yard games and family board games are provided here at the cabin for 
our guests.
 
Pere Marquette State Park is just 5 miles west and 
always has family activities scheduled throughout the week.

Boat, kayak and canoe rentals are available in town.

Raging Rivers Water Park is just a short drive away.

Many restaurants, shops and wineries are just down the street. Most 
within walking distance.

Eckerts Apple Orchard is only 3 miles away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$125.00 per night - Monday thru Thursday Checkin 3:00pm Checkout 12:00pm
$130.00 per night - Friday, Saturday, Sunday Checkin 3:00pm Checkout 12:00pm
$  5.00 per night - Satellite TV
WEEKLY SPECIAL - 7th night FREE!

NO PETS ALLOWED.

OUTSIDE SMOKING ONLY!!

50% deposit required (non-refundable if reservation is cancelled 
less than 30 days prior to arrival)

All Cancellations must be recieved at least 30 days 
in advance of reserved dates.

Balance due in full one week prior to arrival
