Vacation Rental Description

Stay at one of Florida's most luxurious resort communities on South  
Hutchinson Island with its private beach.  South Hutchinson Island  
is a barrier island with twenty-two miles of gorgeous, white sandy  
beaches bordered by two inlets, the Intercoastal Waterway and the  
Atlantic Ocean.  Excellent weather lets you enjoy golf, tennis and  
fishing, along with the beach and the pool.  This condo is located  
200 yards from the beach and a very short tram ride to the marina.   
The Marriott provides trams to move around the resort easily.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This beautiful condo is located on the second floor of a two story  
building.  It includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a screened  
patio that overlooks the golf course, lake, and pool.  There is a TV  
in each bedroom and one in the living room with a DVD player.  The  
kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, garbage disposal and  
icemaker.  Kitchen, bathrooms and entrance have tile.  Bedrooms,  
living room and dining room have new berber carpet. The living room  
has a beautiful leather sofa and love seat. Within the condo, there  
is a walk-in laundry room with a full washer and dryer and room for  
storage.  All linens, towels, and beach chairs are provided.  The  
pool area includes two stainless gas BBQ grills for outdoor cooking  
at no charge.  The condo is air conditioned and has ceiling fans,  
phone and a private parking space.

Activities and Attractions

Besides the beautiful beach and marina, there is a challenging par  
61 golf course, a fitness center and tennis courts.  The marina  
provides  
charter deep sea fishing or you can fish on or near the bridge.  The  
Marriott on the resort has a restaurant and tiki bar or you can go a  
few miles and you are in Stuart, known as the "Sailfish Capital of  
the World" with many wonderful restaurants, both elegant and quick  
food. 
 
In the area there are many activities for all ages.  There are three  
popular artificial reefs off Hutchinson Island that provide  
excellent  
scenery for both novice and experienced divers and for snorkeling. 
 
The following are within a 1-2 hour drive: Disney World, Sea World,  
Cape Canaveral, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and the Everglades.
