Vacation Rental Description

Regency Towers is located on 540 feet of Panama City Beach's famous  
sugar white beach.  This beautiful unit is on the west side of the  
13th floor and features 1560 sq ft., included is the living/dining  
room which has access to the balcony which you can enjoy the best  
sunsets, crown molding through out, ceramic tile, berber carpeting  
and large kitchen with bar and extra large capacity washer and   
dryer.  There is a master suite that has a king sized bed which  
adjoins the balcony, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and  
third bedroom with 2 twin beds.  Kitchen offers double ovens and  
microwave. Color TVs/DVDs are in living room and two bedrooms.  This  
unit also has local phone for your convenience. 
This unit is a NON-SMOKING unit and you must be 25 years of age to  
rent.

Hamiltons, Dirty Dick's Seafood, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Signal  
Hill Golf Course and Lots of Charter Fishing and Tour Boats.

**Summer rates apply on Labor Day Weekend.  3 Night Minimum Required.
