A charming expanded home located in a quiet, family-friendly
community offers endless possiblities. One mile from beautiful
Narragansett Town Beach.Just 20 minutes from scenic Newport and The
University of Rhode Island. Close to 7 public golf courses, all
within 20 minutes, 5 courses within 10 minutes or less!!!
Our home Includes:
3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 twin
beds , a living room with Full size sofa bed. 1.5 bathrooms,
Living room, Kitchen with dinning area, deck with gas barbecue,
oversized screened 3 seasons porch, large backyard, 6 car parking
with space for a boat, and spacious hot tub.
This is a family oriented neighborhood, and we ask that only those
who seek a quiet getaway inquire.

Our home is fully furnished and equipped with central air
conditioning, new carpets/hardwood floors, and ceiling fans in
several rooms. We provide a vacuum cleaner, washer & dryer,
dishwasher, microwave, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans,
coffee maker, toaster, cable television, a DVD player, and a stereo
system. Bedspreads, sheets and pillows are provided but towels
are not.

Less then 1 (one) mile from Narragasett Town Beach and a short drive
to Scarborough State Beach. Only 2 blocks from Salt Pond, where a
community slip is a great place to put in your kyack, small
sailboat. The house is located directly across the street
from a large piece of undeveloped land. Near Galilee and the Block
Island Ferry. The town of Narragansett offers a great waterfront
community, with shops, fishing, resturaunts, and much more. Nearby
farms offer local hospitality and spectacular pies. Down the road
Adventureland will create a fun-filled afternoon/evening for any
family or group outing.
Spend the evening under the stars in the 6 person hot tub,
after taking a sunset stroll along the water. Don't forget to
indulge in a cup of Iggy's famous clam chowder. There are endless
ways to enjoy a week while staying at this charming Rhode Island
getaway.
