This ten year old home is located in the wine country of Long
Islands North fork.This home has centeal air,(two) 42" Plasma tvs
with
hdtv One 52" lcd flat screen with Blueray dvd in living room.There is a 12' gazebo in the rear yard over looking a large
farm.The view is about one mile.The Peconic Bay is across the
street. Each beadroom has it's own tv. The entire inside of the house
was painted in Feb 08 ,a
tumbled stone spa shower added in March 08.New for 2010 a new tumbled stone patio directly behind the house that connects to the gazebo patio area

distance (cocktails optional).
There are to many golf courses nearby to list(Long Island National
is 3.5 miles away Indian Island is 1 mile away)
