Murphy's Landing in Summerland Key

Welcome to Murphy's Landing which is a large home on a clear, flow
through swimming canal. With 65 feet of seawall, and 4.5 feet of
control depth, even large sailboats can be accommodated here! We
are
only three minutes to the ocean, only fifteen minutes to Looe Key
reef (one of the Key's premier dive sites), and you will have
excellent back country access as well. Every water activity is
easily available. Lush vegitation ensures your privacy. Our home
provides every comfort you might need with four bedrooms, two of
which open out to the large covered porch which provides great
views
and refreshingly cool breezes. Each bedroom has a TV and there are
two vcr/dvd players for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have easy
access to one of the 3 and a half bathrooms. All linens,
appliances,
and cookware are nearly new. For the convenience of larger groups,
there are two complete kitchens and family rooms. The family rooms
open to the screened porch which is a wonderful place for meals.
Everything is fresh; everything is clean, clean, clean and oh so
very
comfortable. Murphy's Landing is centrally located at mile
marker 25 on the ocean side. Bahia Honda state park, with its world
famous beach, is only twelve minutes away. Marathon, with its
rejuvenated Sombrero Beach is only twenty-five minutes away. Key
West with its many eateries, shops, and activities is equally
close.
Several dive services and fishing guides are within ten minutes.
Boat rental and jet ski rentals are available on Summerland Key and in the vicinity.
Many fine restaurants are nearby.

Murphys' Landing is fully equipped including air conditioning,
phones
(please bring your calling card for long distance calls), cable tv
with vcr/dvd players, and stereo. Two fully equipped kitchens
including microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, and cooking
utensils are available for your use. Linens, washer/dryer, covered
parking, outside shower, and shore power provided. Two porches, one
screened and one open, provide great places to relax and enjoy. Six
tvs and local access for internet services allow you to always stay
in touch--if you care to do so.

Virtually every leisure activity is available near by. Hiking,
biking, golf, fitness center, wildlife viewing, and shopping are
just
minutes away. Restaurants, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, and
shelling are also close by. All water sports, including snorkeling,
windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, and sailing are readily
available. Boat rental is available on Summerland Key and also
nearby. Little Palm Island Ferry is within ten minutes. And of
course, several diving and fishing services are within a few minutes
drive.

$3800 to $4500 per 28 day stay, depending upon season.
Rate does not include 11.5% tax, cleaning fee, utilities over $100,
or $500 refundable damage deposit.
