upstairs is carpeted, 1st bedroom has a queen bedding, cable TV, walk 
in closet, a private full bath, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds walk in 
closet, private full bath, the unit can sleep 6 comfortably. The unit 
is fully equipped and ready for you with a washer/dryer, stove, 
microwave, refrigerator, linens, dishes, cookware, beach chairs. 
Parking is located at front door for easy access. This is a newly 
decorated unit that has never been rented, beds are all new.

The Villages of Seaport is a private community with a gated entrance, 
3 large pools including a heated lap pool, clubhouse, workout room, 
tennis courts, and racquet ball courts.
You will love being in our well maintained community, we take pride 
in our landscaping, clean pools, and private access to the ocean.
We are central to local dining, cruise ship entertainment, and 
nightlife.

Beach and visit Ron Jon’s Surf shop, rent Jet Ski’s, enjoy the night 
life, or take a day or night cruise. We are just a walk away from 
Jetty Park
