Tennis  
Club has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and features a new  
kitchen with a dishwasher!  Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the  
balcony and walks along the seven miles of white, prestine beach.   
We  
also supply a bird identification guide for those interested in bird  
watching from the balcony.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This bright, cheery unit has Florida decor and has been recently  
remodeled,including new tile in the kitchen and living room.  The  
new  
kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator,  
cookware, dishes and expanded cabinetry.  Other amenities include  
the  
following:  King size bed, ceiling fan, full bath, all linens, cable  
TV, VCR, clock radio, and air conditioning.

Within walking distance to shopping, fine dining, an executive golf  
course and jet skiing.  Other nearby attractions include boat

November 18 - December 22  $450/week

Rates do not include 11% sales tax and one-time $45 cleaning fee.
