Venice Bungalow located 1 block to beach and 1 block to all the nice shops and restaurants along Abbot Kinney Blvd.
Very convenient area, close walk or bike ride to most everything.
All newly remodeled with nice kitchens that have higher-end type stainless steel appliances and custom designer counter tops.
Wonderful master bath with double designer glass sinks and travertine
tiles. Beautiful hardwood floors, tasteful furnishings,
central heat, great fireplace.
The property is situated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, a living room, laundry, and full kitchen downstairs, and upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bath, a 2nd full
kitchen, and 2nd laundry room, a 2nd living room.
Sleeping accommodations:
3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a twin bed, and a twin roll away bed. We do have a Pack N Play also available.
