Vacation Rental Description

Directly on the inter-coastal waterway with a magnificent view of  
John’s Pass and the surrounding condominiums. You'll love the  
relaxed beauty of watching the boats and swimming dolphins go by  
from the third floor balcony.  There are three floors with ground- 
level parking.  A swimming pool and deck run along the edge of the  
inter-coastal.  The building is close to shopping centers, golf  
courses, deep sea fishing, restaurants and so much more.  The lovely  
public access beach is a short one block walk. Building does not  
have an elevator to get to the third floor.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living Room – sofa, accent chairs, large cozy chair with ottoman,  
27” TV.   
 
Dinning Room – table and 6 chairs; also 3 bar chairs adjoining the  
dinning area. 
 
Kitchen – all new appliances (range, microwave, refrigerator and  
dishwasher), full utensils, dinnerware, glassware, toaster and  
coffee maker. 
 
Balcony – table and 4 chairs. 
 
Master Bedroom – queen size bed, chest of drawers, bureau and  
television.  There is an adjoining large walk-in closet and master  
bath. 
 
Second Bedroom – twin beds, night stand and bureau. 
  
Hallway – connects the master bedroom suite with the second bedroom  
and bath; plus there is a laundry area with new washer and dryer. 
 
Amenities – central air conditioning and heating, cable tv (70+  
channels), linens and towels, high speed internet service. 
 
 

Activities and Attractions

Located between St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach with many fabulous  
restaurants and shops nearby. Shopping at John's Pass as must!    
Other sites of interest include Busch Gardens, Sea World, Disney and  
Universal Studios.  Many activities including wind surfing,  
parasailing, public beaches, deep sea fishing, snorkelling, golfing  
and casino gambling.  Short distance to the city of Tampa and St  
Petersburg...and don't forget Bay Walk!!!  So much to see and do you  
won't have time for it all!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season:  January-April    $2700 per month 
 
Summer Season:   May-August       $1800 per month 
 
Mid Season:   September-December   $2000 per month 
 
*Please inquiry for weekly rates. 
 
*Rates include phone, cable tv, electric, wireless high speed  
internet and cleaning services. 
 
 
*10% discount for rentals over 4 months 
 
All rates in US dollars.  A $200.00 security deposit is  
required. A 12% Florida Tax will apply to rentals less then 6 months.  
A 20% deposit will be due at time of booking with balance  
due 30 days prior to arrival.
