Directly on the inter-coastal waterway with a magnificent view of John's Pass and the surrounding condominiums. You'll love the relaxed beauty of watching the boats and swimming dolphins go by from the third floor balcony. There are three floors with ground-level parking. A swimming pool and deck run along the edge of the inter-coastal. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a washer/dryer in an adjacent laundry room. Linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The condo is close to shopping centers, golf courses, deep sea fishing, restaurants and so much more. The lovely public access beach is a short one block walk. Building does not have an elevator to get to the third floor.

dinning area.

Master Bedroom - king size bed, chest of drawers, bureau and
television. There is an adjoining large walk-in closet and master
bath.
Second Bedroom - twin beds, night stand and bureau.
Hallway - connects the master bedroom suite with the second bedroom
and bath; plus there is a laundry area with new washer and dryer.
Amenities - central air conditioning and heating, cable tv (150+
channels), linens and towels, high speed wireless secure internet service.

Located between St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach with many fabulous
restaurants and shops nearby. Shopping at John's Pass as must!
Other sites of interest include Busch Gardens, Sea World, Disney and
Universal Studios. Many activities including wind surfing,
parasailing, public beaches, deep sea fishing, snorkelling, golfing
and casino gambling. Short distance to the city of Tampa and St
Petersburg...and don't forget Bay Walk and the new Salvator Dali Museum!!! So much to see and do you won't have time for it all!!!

Peak Season:   February-April $2800 per month
Summer Season: May-August $1900 per month
Mid Season: September-January $2000 per month

All rates are in US Dollars.  

*10% discount for rentals over 4 months.

A $200 refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.  A 12% Florida Tax will apply to all rentals less them 6 months. 

A 20% deposit will be due at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.  Only with the receipt of your deposit check you have booked our condo. Until then we reserve the right to book the condo with another interested guest. 

*Rates include phone, cable tv, electric, wireless high speed 
internet and cleaning services.  No other extra fees will be charged.
