 decorated, 3000 sq. ft privately owned villa, that is now opened 
 to guests all-year-round. Called "the most charming home within 
 the village," it is meticulously taken care of with no detail gone 
 unnoticed. Set back from the street and protected by Palm trees 
 and a beautiful plant and flower filled garden,this charming  
 vacation retreat covers all the bases in what a savvy traveler 
 wants and needs.

   This warm and welcoming villa, with furnishings imported from the states 
 and custom carved doors by Azul, a famous Yucatan Artist that show off it's  
 high ceilings and airy perfectly appointed bright rooms---You will know in that  
 moment, this is going to be your best vacations ever! 
 
   This wonderful villa is yours and yours alone (except for the full-time  
 pampering staff who will take excellent care of you). There are no other  
 families living above you or on this private property...AND it's the Only  
 True Luxury Villa within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops  
 and just minutes from the beach-Yet so affordable!

   There is lots of sleeping space, with three unique bedrooms and  
 den that converts into a fourth bedroom,with wall-to-ceiling 
 portiers. The beautiful 15x15 master Bathroom with dual showers, 
 dual sinks and a jacuzzi for two that is surrounded by plants  
 and candles and is simple divine. Each of the other bedrooms also  
 has in-suite bathrooms with large walkin custom spanish titled 
 bathrooms. 
    
   The garden is magical. Filled with palm trees, flowers and 
 comfortable chairs and hammocks,which gives a fresh cool reprive  
 from the tropical sun, and a fabulous place for that lazy nap or 
 to read that book you brought along.  
  
   Oh how fabulous is the rooftop terrace. Partial covered for  
 protection from the sun...with a large palapa that covers a  
 wooden dining table and hammocks,and it is complimented by a  
 large sun-filled area with comfortable lounges and a wetbar.  
 It's a wonderful place to enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean  
 and jungle, or have evening drinks as you enjoy the setting of  
 the sun or the wind-surfers on the ocean.

  The waterfall enclosed private pool area is the perfect 
 place for getting that no-line vacation tan, reading a book,
