Vacation Rental Description

Immaculate condo for snowmobiliers,skiers, boaters or anyone looking 
for a peaceful getaway. Bright and sunny, two sliding glass doors to 
deck with mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.  3 
bedrooms are set up as one queen, one full, two singles and a double 
size futon in the living area.

Outdoor 4-6 person hot tub.
Access to game room with pool table, ping pong and video games.
Public access to Kezar lake 3 miles away
Direct access to snowmobile trails from the door.

Activities and Attractions

 Located in the resort of Evergreen Valley this condo borders New 
Hampshires White Mountain National Forest offering 4-seasons of fun.  
In the winter, snowmobile from the door, cross country  or downhill 
ski at nearby resorts, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak, or Attitash.  
Spring, Summer and Fall offer numerous activities such as hiking, 
mountain biking,horseback riding, golfing, and fishing.There are 
numerous secluded ponds and lakes just minutes away for canoeing, 
boating or swimming. Located just 3 miles from Kezar lake's public 
access you may bring your boat.  Spend the day antiquing or shopping 
the outlet stores in nearby North Conway,  Rock hounds spend your day 
at Deer Hill mineral site (amethyst and other minerals) During the 
fall visit the Fryeburg Fair.  After a day of fun come home and relax 
in the outdoor hot tub under the stars.

State tax 7% and refundable security deposit of $150.  Rates include 
departure cleaning and linens. Mastercard and Visa accepted.
