Our fully air conditioned luxury villa is in the peaceful  
conservation area of Rotonda. The fully screened pool and spa area  
is  
south facing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day  
long.Alternatively  
for those who prefer more shade the lanai and outside dining area is  
in the shade for the majority of the day.The pool over looks a  
secluded woodland setting for you complete relaxation and privacy.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The superb villa comprises:- 2 master suites both  with jacuzzi  
baths  
walk in showers, cable tv  and french doors leading onto the pool  
area. 2 further twin bebrooms with shared bathroom and shower.  
Den/5th bedroom with access to pool bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen  
with oven hob,microwave,dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice  
maker.  
Utility room with washer and dryer. 
Breakfast nook, formal dining area with chandelier.Large living area  
with full width sliding doors leading to lanai and pool area, which  
has outside dining area and sunloungers.Cable tv,dvd,video and hi- 
fi.  
All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort.

Activities and Attractions

We have provided bicycles for your use.Tennis courts are 5 mins walk  
away.There are 3 champion golf courses within 5 mins drive.Fishing  
and watersports within 15 mins drive.Glorious beaches are only a  
short drive away. 
A wide variety of restaurants for you to choose from are all close  
by, along with excellent shopping.
