areas over look the cove through 2 sets of french doors. The
kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. The covered porch
spans the entire width of the house over looking the cove. Table,
chairs and gas grill rest on the porch. Each bedroom is spacious
with large closets. The third full bath is accessable from the
covered porch. There is a covered dock which moors three boats. A
seating area and shower at watersedge. The property includes a boat
ramp for your personal use.

Phone, Air Condition, Heating, Cable TV, DVD-VCR, Fully equiped
kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, stove, microwave, all
utensils, linens, towels, washer, dryer, gas grill. Pet are allowed
with prior approval. No smoking inside the house.

Water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, boating all on site. Seneca and
Walhalla 10 min. away with resturants, cinama, bowling alley,
golfing and shopping. Clemson 30 min. East. Atlanta 2 hours West.
Greenville 45 min. East. Comerce, GA. with large discount shopping
mall 1 hour West. Asheville, N.C. 1 1/2 hours North.
