RENTAL POLICIES
RENTAL POLICY AND INFORMATION
Prior to making your reservations, we ask that you carefully review
our policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS: 6 month minimum stay is required.
PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or
money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee
charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Fifty percent (50%)of your deposit is
refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to
your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made
within 30 days of arrival for any reason.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The
minimum deposit is $ 3495.00 but may be made higher due to special
circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the
payment of the remaining 50% 30 days before arrival date. Any
damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect abuse or theft by
the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to
the security deposit, otherwise, deposits are refundable after keys
are mailed back.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 PM AND CHECK –OUT TIME IS 12: 00 NOON
Unauthorized extensions of beyond check out time will result in a
half to full day charge against your security deposit. To avoid such
charges please call us prior to 11:00 AM to see if a late check out
is possible if you are running late in vacating the property.
TELEPHONES: There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local
calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long
distance calls.
HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a $90.00 housekeeping
charge for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your
statement. The bed linen and bath towels are provided. Weekly
housekeeping services can be provided upon request for an extra
charge of $60.00 each cleaning.If the house is left excessively
dirty, your security deposit will be charged for additional cleaning
charges. Our housekeeping staff will make the final preparations of
the house for the next guests.
PETS: Our property is not designed to safely house pets.Contact us
for further information.
AIR CONDITIONING: Centralized A/C during summer months and heater
during the winter is available.
DEPOSIT: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of
security deposit and 1st month's rent.
The security deposit is $3495.00
Fifty percent(50%) of 1st month's rent is refundable is the
reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No
refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of
arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly
Holiday bookings.
Security deposit of $3495.00 is not applicable to last months rent
but is refundable ten days after keys are returned and if property
is left without any damage or exessive dirt.
