Vacation Rental Description

Pine Ridge is a cabin that folks come back to over and over again. Want a nice mountain view with 
lots of privacy? Pine Ridge has it all including easy access and only a 5 minute drive to the Pigeon 
Forge Parkway and 10 minutes to Dollywood. Pine Ridge is located on an acre of timber and is as 
peaceful as can be. There are no steps leading into the cabin and no steps inside the cabin. Both 
bedrooms have king-sized beds, full attached baths, jacuzzi tubs, and tv's. Plus we have a big 
screen tv in the living room!! Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the 
mountains, or inside hanging out in the recliners watching the big-screen Pine Ridge will make you 
feel totally relaxed and at home.
We personally take care of our cabins so they are always very clean and everything works. We want 
your stay to be the best possible and the guest testimonials on our web site give you an idea of

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hot tub, Fireplace (we provide the wood), Big-screen tv and DVD, two indoor jacuzzis, king-sized 
beds, Full kitchen with stove, frig. microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and all 
the cookware you need. Dining table and chairs inside and rockers on the deck. Large private lot and 
outdoor grill. We also have a sleeper/sofa so the cabin will sleep 6 people. All lines provided and 
well as ample paper products.

Activities and Attractions

Activities here are endless: Smoky Mountain National Park, hiking, biking swimming, fishing, 
horseback riding. Plus shopping, hundreds of restuarants, theatres, live music, golfing. Of course 
we can't forget Dollywood and Splash Country, and a whole lot more!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rates vary depending on the time of year. Our minimum night stays vary as well. We run specials 
all year long which you can view on our web site. The nightly rate will vary from $97 to $185 
(holidays). We do not charge cleaning fees, registration fees, etc. We are a true "mom and pop" who 
take care of our cabins personally so we try to keep everything including pricing as simple as
