The condo sliding doors opens to sounds of the courtyard fountain, a view of the full size heated pool and the lush tropical garden setting, the Jacuzzi and even a large covered B-B-Q area for planning that special get together. On the balcony you can set and relax and watch the boats go up and down the IntraCoastal or enjoy the sun rises and the cool breeze of the Atlantic Ocean that is just across the bridge in Palm Beach. The condo itself is decorated very nicely (see photos) and the master bedroom has a queen-size bedroom and the second has a double with a desk in the room as well. The kitchen is complete with all the needs of home and the unit has a full size washer and dryer. The condo comes complete with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable (it's "turn-key") dishes, linens, hair-dryer -- everything!

Seasonal Monthly Rates (November through April) $3,000 - $3,500
Depending on length of stay
Off-Season Monthly Rates (May through October $2,000)
PLEASE NOTE: Deposits for either weekly or monthly are required at
least 45-60 days in advance with balance of the rental amount due 30-
45 days before arrival. Reservation will not be held until security
deposits are received.
Rates include cable TV and utilities (water and electric).
Note: Please check rental prices as costs may change with holidays
or other peak periods.
