sandy Wells Beach. Water views from every window. Lots of deck for 
sunbathing and enjoying beautiful sunsets and cool ocean breezes. 
Deck off the master bedroom overlooks Wells Harbor. Enjoy a swim 
from the semi-private tidal pool in your back yard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Gas grill. Washer and dryer. 
Living room with fireplace. Parking. Rowboat. The basement of the house is a small
two-bedroom apartment. It can be made available for your use at an extra nightly 
or weekly rate.

Activities and Attractions

Area activities include: swimming, fishing, whale watching, sailing, 
kayaking, golfing, beautiful walking trails, fine restaurants and 
excellent shopping plus summer theater, all just minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

By the week: 5/16 - 6/21 @ $700 - $1,100 per week; 6/21 - 6/28 @ 
$1,800 for the week; 6/28 - 8/23 @ $2,200 per week; 8/23 - 8/30 @ 
$1,600 per week; 8/30 - 9/13 @ $1,200 per week; 9/13 - 11/30 @ $500 - 
$800. Shorter stays when possible 5/16 - 6/14 and after 9/5. Call about 
dates prior to May 16 and after November 30. A 7% 
Maine sales tax will be added.
