This is a beautifully decorated new townhouse that boasts of 3 bedrooms, a bonus room and 2.5  
bathrooms that sleeps 16. All furnishings and other amenities are brand new and will make you feel  
right at home.  
As you walk inside you will step into a beautifully decorated living room furnished with a plush  
couch and love seat facing the fire place and TV . Adjoining the living room is the dining area and  
kitchen. Beyond the kitchen and dining area is a charming little back yard complete with BBQ grill  
where you can kick back, relax and grill some burgers. 
We have arranged the master suite to have a queen sized bed and futon so that a couple could enjoy  
the quite solitude of this overly large master suite or share it with their children, and did I  
happen to mention the large walk in closet and bath room with shower. The two other rooms each have  
a full/queen bed and a bunk bed tailor made for families of 4. The extra room has two futons that is  
able to sleep four but could also be used as a place to hang out and watch TV and play games with  
the family.

The ideal location for your next vacation, we are situated within walking distance of Disney Land  
the “happiest place on earth”, 10 minutes away from Knott’s Berry Farm & Soak City and about 20  
minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California.  Because we are located  
in a typical Southern Californian neighborhood you are only a walking distance from grocery stores,  
a beautiful farmers market, drug stores, banks, as well as family style and upscale restaurants. For  
you shop-a-holics we are only 10 minutes away from the Block at Orange, the Village Mall, and the  
Westfield Mall, the Irvine Spectrum and for a bit of trendy shopping we are 20 minutes away from the  
fabulous South Coast Plaza and New Port Fashion Island, not to mention we are only stone’s throw  
away from Downtown Disney. Other places of interest in and around Anaheim are the Angel’s Stadium  
home of the Anaheim Angels, the Duck Pond legendary home of the Ducks, Bowers Museum, the Discovery  
Science Center and Medieval Times.  Also Universal Studio’s, Sea World, Lego Land, The San Diego Zoo  
and Los Angeles Zoo are only an hours or so drive away from this centrally located area.
