Vacation Rental Description

This Limestone Cottage is set on a hillside and offers views among the treetops as you relax on over 
500 square feet of decks. Inside the house you'll find a comfortable, well furnished, clean 2 
bedroom, one bath house with a view from inside the living room as well. 
The house is furnished with 2 Queen beds, comfy seating and everything you need to cook up a great 
meal including a coffee/expresso machine, gas stove, disposal, refridgerator and a microwave. 
There's a flatscreen tv with a dvd player, an ipod dock for the cd/stereo.
Another tv/cable is in one of the bedrooms.
Exhaust vent is in the bathroom.
There's no washer and dryer.
Outside you'll find a gas grill and a picnic table that's sheltered. 
Totally fenced back yard--great for pets!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Travis Heights is one of the oldest downtown neighborhoods and is centrally located yet quiet. 
Downtown, University of Texas, Lady Bird Lake(Town Lake), some of Austin's finest restaurants, 
unique shopping, antiques, coffee shops, grocery stores, live music, Barton Springs, the Convention 
Center, the Long Center for the Arts, the State Capitol, 6th street and museums are all close by.
Big Stacy Park and pool and the Blunn Creek Greenbelt are only a minute walk away.
Stacy Pool is the only naturally heated pool in the city and is free.

Foodies will love this area of town.
