This is a new, pristine, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo in the perfect Wildwood Crest
location on the corner of Ocean and Heather Avenue. Our southern exposure unit is directly across
the street from beach access and recreation facilities for the entire family. Additional bedding and
tasteful detailing of living area are new for 2009.
Sliders in both the master bedroom and living room offer access to a balcony with great views of the
ocean. If you prefer to stay inside, you can still enjoy the great views from the living room. The
spacious rooms, hallways and 9� ceilings of 1600 square feet of living area is tastefully decorated,
sunny and cheerful.
Every possible amenity is offered from a Jacuzzi in the master bath, to 4 HD TVs, 4 DVDs, VCR, Home
Theater System, Wireless Internet service, full laundry room with utility sink, state of the art
kitchen with granite countertops, and 2 large tiled full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped
with extended countertops for additional seating.
Our unit is conveniently located steps from the elevator. This is an Energy Star rated masonry and
steel building that is well insulated and blocks out outside noise. There is a heated pool, outside
restroom, hot tub and shower, 2 reserved parking spots, and a large storage closet for all your
beach equipment and necessities. Beach chairs and umbrella are available for your use.

Wildwood Convention Special Event Weekends negotiable from $400.00
Upon departure the unit must be left in the same condition as it was
when first entered. If unit is
not left in
satisfactory condition there will be a 75.00 cleaning charge. Charges
for pay per view and 900 area
telephone
calls will be deducted from security deposit.
Deposit and Rental Fee's are non-refundable once a Lease Agreement has
been signed. However, if the
week is
re-rented all monies paid will be refunded less
$100.00 cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon if possible if you
need to cancel.
There is a $400 security deposit with our signed rental agreement. The
deposit will be returned
within 14 days
provided keys have been returned and property left in same condition
as upon arrival.
50% of rental amount is required upon booking the reservation
Final 50% of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks accepted for
deposits. Final payment must clear
prior to 14
days before check-in.
