square feet of living plus a garage for the rental price of a smaller 2 bedroom condo! This single
family home offers 4 bedrooms to accomodate a family or two couples that simply want to have extra
space.

We are in mid-remodel, but it will be ready for rental beginning May 2009. This is a fabulous
getaway vaction home with space inside and outside! We currently have limited pictures, but will
updated this website as remodel continues. If interested in scheduling for summer 2009, we will take
reservations with no deposit until you can view the final remodel pictures to confirm that it meets
your expectations.

You enter into this spacious home to a large gathering room with 20 foot vaulted ceilings plus a
floor to ceiling fireplace. You can exit onto the large redwood deck that is surrounded by aspens
and pines.

This 2,600 square feet vacation home is furnished for comfort with a large soft leather couch and
leather chairs. It has a big screen TV and library of DVDs available. You will enjoy the gas
fireplace in the winter or the large deck in the summer.

On the main floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own bathroom. In addition, there are 2
additional bedrooms that share the 2nd bathroom.

Downstairs is a recreation room plus another bedroom and bathroom.
Please note that the downstairs bedroom is not recommended for smaller children because the egress
window is located higher up on the wall.

Plus it has a GARAGE to store bikes, recreational equipment and to keep that car warm!

SUMMER: This single family home is located in Sun Valley's Elkhorn Resort. Elkhorn Resort is THE
place to be in the summer! The resort offers two separate recreational areas. Both areas offer
Olympic sized pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. One of these areas is within walking distance and
the other is within biking distance. The bike path that leads to the river and a scenic bike ride is
also near by.

WINTER: Want to ski? It is an easy drive to Bald Mountain or Dollar Mountain. If you don't want to
find parking, you can use the bus system- many savvy skiers take advantage of this simplified access
to the mountain.
