Chalet in Gated Community has Relaxing Atmosphere in Lake Ariel

This newly decorated chalet has two bedrooms, two baths, a den that
can be converted to a third bedroom, a loft, a living room, an eat
in kitchen, and a large deck. A washer, dryer, phone and cable are
provided. This pet friendly chalet is located on a site that has
both wooded and cleared areas where deer may often be seen. A large
willow tree is situated near a circular drive. It is a great place
to relax and do nothing or to take advantage of the many amenities
offered by "The Hideout". Bring your sheets, towels,and other
personal items and enjoy rustic living within a gated community. In
winter bring your skis and in summer bring your swim suit and
enjoy. No smoking in home is allowed.

Home Amenities: TV, cable, gas fireplace, telephone, washer, dryer,
outdoor gas grill and patio set,kitchen furnished with cooking and
eating servicewear.

The Hideout Offers: sking, swimming, boating fishing, golfing, bocci
courts, snow mobiling, ice skating, art center, fitness center, and
more.

In addition to enjoying the activities (sking, swimming, fishing
golfing and dining) within this rustic gated community, one can
visit farms or go antiquing in the surrounding areas.

The Hide Out is only thirty minutes away from 2 major ski areas, an
hour to gaming casinos, 5 minutes to Lake Wallenpack, and only a few
minutes from local restaurants, including some of the
best ribs served anwhere.

Monthly discounts available off season (Sept 2,-June 30) $3,000 and
in season (July 1,-Sept. 1) $3,500

Deposits required: $400 to $700 depending on rental period.
