3 BR, 900+ sq. ft., all modern, with covered deck and beautiful view.
Very private, situated on 3+ acres and over 700 feet of shoreline.
Small beach, good swimming. Water access only with easy boat access
to Pointe au Baril Station (20 minutes)and the Ojibway Club (10

Local boat rentals or water taxi available. (Nearest road access is
Pointe au Baril Station, which is 30 minutes by road north of Parry Sound).
Maximum occupancy for a rental is 8 people.

Three bedrooms set up with one queen bed and two bunks (each with
single bed over a double) plus fold-out double futon. Linens and
bedding are provided. Functional kitchen with fridge, stove,
microwave, utensils and dishes. Electric hot water, laundry
washer/dryer and septic service, but no telephone, television or
cable. Cellular phone coverage is good.

Swimming, boating, fishing.

Rental rate is CAD$2,000 / week with a two week minimum rental. Rental
deposit and cancellation policy apply.
