Vacation Rental Description

	This charming 3500 sf. Victorian Style Inn, located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country at Canyon Lake, 
overlooks the 9th Fairway on Canyon Lake Golf Club, whose facilities are available to all our guests.  

	As a guest at GreensKeeper Inn, you are in the midst of numerous and varied choices of 
entertainment such as skiing, boating, tubing, etc., antiques, outlet mall, Texas' largest water park, etc., fine 
dining; activities that are sure to please one and all.  Enjoy feeding the white tail deer right from the deck!

 

Vacation Rental Amenities

	Amenities - As a guest at the Inn, you are welcome to enjoy the pool and tennis courts at the Country 
Club.  You may also enjoy relaxing at the 19th Hole for dining and drinks!  

	Golf Packages are available at the Country Club at a discounted rate of $20/pp weekdays and $25/pp 
weekends, including cart fee.  Please contact the Pro Shop to schedule your tee times.  

	Breakfast will be served on the rock terrace at the 19th Hole at the Clubhouse from 7:00 a.m. to 
11:00 a.m. for those reserving individual rooms.  Simply present your Complimentary Certificate to the waitstaff 
and enjoy at your leisure.  

Activities and Attractions

	Area Attractions - Our location is certainly an added plus with Canyon Lake only 1.5 miles for those 
who enjoy boating, tubing and fishing.  The Inn is approximately 20 minutes from New Braunfels, which boasts 
of its fine antique shops, the famous town of Gruene for more antiques and dining on the river, and Gruene 
Hall, (the oldest Dance Hall in Texas), for kicking up your heels; not to mention the best water park in Texas, 
Schlitterbahn.  There’s more festivities with Wursfest, tubing or rafting down the Guadalupe River, and 
Wassilfest in Decemeber.  This little German town enjoys their festivals year-round!

	Additional Attractions - Further down I35 is the famous outlet mall in the town of San Marcos and the 
nearby town of Wimberley with the delightful Market Days where shopping is a day well spent.  The exciting city 
of San Antonio with the spectacular River Walk and all it has to offer is only 45 minutes south of the Inn.  If 
you’re looking for a little outdoor adventure, don’t miss Fredericksburg with the challenging climb up Enchanted 
Rock.  This quaint town also boasts of great shopping and delightful at The Peach Tree Inn.

The Inn is available to reserve and sleeps 12+ at $700.00 per day (+10% tax) which includes full use of the 
kitchen facilities, outside New Braunfels Smoker/Grill, the Lighthouse Media Room w/big screen TV/DVD & 
surround sound and Country Club facilities including swimming pool.  

	Individual Rooms & Rates - 

  		                        ‘Dreamers’ - $135.00/per nite

Dream of that ‘hole-in-one’ in this lovely room decorated with fine bedding, a queen size bed, antiques and 
private bath with antique clawfoot tub.  Outside sitting areas available on side porch and the back deck 
overlooking the golf course.

                                                     ‘The Victoria’ - $155.00/per nite 

Furnished with an authentic Victorian Style decor beautiful gold antique sette’, armoire and kingsize bed, this 
room is true romance!  Your private bath follows the Victorian theme with beautiful draperies and decor.

                                           ‘The Venetian’ - $175.00/per nite dbl occupancy

Experience this exquisite European/Italian decor with a truly gorgeous queen bed, beautiful antiques.  The 
large spacious bathroom consists of a Roman tub, two separate sink areas with a private toilet area, with direct 
access to the serene outside sitting area overlooking the 9th Fairway on golf course.

                                     ‘St. Andrews Suite’ - $185.00/per nite dbl occupancy 

Meticulously decorated with an Irish flair, this suite consists of two rooms.  The bedroom is furnished with a 
lovely kingsize bed and fine antiques.  The adjoining room, with a lovely sitting area also converts to a double 
size sleeper sofa, for those who don’t mind sharing.  The bathroom has double sinks separated by a linen closet 
with a private toilet and shower area.  


                                             'The Lakefront Cottage' - $225.00/per nite dbl occup

This beautiful and spacious lakefront property (approx. 1100 sq.ft.) has an extra large Master Suite w/sitting 
area and access to balcony.  It also has a lovely dining & living room and full kitchen.  The additional bedroom 
sleeps 2.  The bathroom has a large vanity with two sink areas and a separate shower/tub & toilet area.  With 
a short walk down to the water and the public boat ramp is only 1/2 mile, it's a great location for friends and 
family!

All rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques and fine bedding and are complete with cable TV/DVD.
