Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Exercise Room, 2 Bocce Ball Courts,
Shuffleboard Court, Clubhouses and most importantly 3,000 feet of
beautiful Ocean!!!!!!

There is an oceanside gourmet restaurant on site with terrific fare.  In addition, a brand new tiki bar is located at the main pool offering light dishes as well as a full service bar.  Which is so beautiful and the food is delicious...

This 1st floor, corner unit is situated on 9th hole of golf course,
just steps from the beach! Screened patio allows you to sit and relax
with a beautiful view of the golf course, entrance to the
beach and breath-taking sunrises.

Private master bedroom with brand new king size bed, bathroom and
separate vanity area.

This unit will instantly relax you with its feel and fully furnished so all you have to bring is clothes. (pls inquire about any particular needs)

What sets this unit apart is our attention to detail and trying to
anticipate your needs to make your stay very special.

Your unit has two tv's, one in living room and one in
bedroom, along with a DVD/VCR player; updated movie
library for those times you just want to stay in and relax. Unit
has an AM/FM CD/IPOD player and CD collection for your enjoyment. You
will also find books and magazines, assortment of board games to
enjoy with your family/newly found friends in the resort. For
you convenience, there are beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach goodies (cooler, hats, etc).

The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body gel, spa goodies and a
blow dryer. Bath and beach towels are also provided, along with 2 bath robes for your continued relaxation.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need if you
choose to stay in and cook.   If not, you will find in the welcome
folder, we have included the menus to some of the local restaurants. Unit includes washer and dryer too. Maid and Laundry service provided for a fee, please request prior to your arrival.

Bring your clubs and golf for FREE ($3.00 during peak season) or
rent from the shop.

Fishing is the best in this area and charter boats are available
from several marinas. Marina's include kayak trips, boat trips,
scuba diving, and sailing. This is also a great area to see the
endangered manatee, and several tours are available.

Located on Florida's Treasure Coast, on South Hutchinson Island,
Ocean Village is just a short drive to many attractions such as: Walt Disney World in Orlando, Busch Gardens in Tampa, Cape Canavaral, Daytona, Vero Beach, Miami, Ft Lauderdale and/or Palm Beach. It is located on an unspoiled island which gives Ocean Village visitors an intimate involvement with the sea,
and lends to the soft sub-tropical climate that makes year round
living a pleasure.

We have provided a welcome package, your own concierge package, on the many things to do and see while you visit.

Rates:
Peak season Dec-April $700 per week with a security deposit.
Off season May - Nov $450 per week from May through November.
(security deposit and 75.00 cleaning fee to be applied)

Discounts provided for FPL outage workers and repeat customers or referrals from prior visitors.
