a 
gated, family-oriented, vacation community offering over 2000 feet of private, sugar-white, 
beach frontage on the Gulf of Mexico, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. You will be 
amazed at the 
activities available for all ages. This resort is perfect for your family getaway. You will want to 
come back year 
after year.

The Plantation offers an incredible amount of on-site amenities and for you golfers, the Plantation 
is next door 
to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Perfectly located, the Plantation is minutes away 
from the 
restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet our beach is not crowded or over-
developed.

Our privately owned, third-floor, gulf-view, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is ready and waiting 
for you.  
Our building is perpendicular to the beach.  Our unit is the second one back from the beach on the 
west side.  
The balcony and master bedroom window have a beautiful southwest view of the gulf.  You are 
literally 
steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sand beach.

BRAND NEW UPDATES FOR 2008. We have installed ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room, living room, 
and 
bathrooms. The living room is newly redecorated with a 27-inch cable television, VCR, DVD, queen-
size sleeper 
sofa, two accent chairs, and wet bar. WE HAVE A BRAND NEW KITCHEN. The kitchen has new cabinets, 
countertop, sink, faucet and appliances and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of 
home (New 
appliances include refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, glass top range, and microwave.  Also 
provided are 
a toaster, coffee maker, dishes with service for 12, utensils, etc.).  The bathrooms  have new 
kitchen-height 
vanities, sinks and faucets.  Card table and TV trays are provided for extra seating.  We also have 
high speed 
wireless internet in our unit. 

The master bedroom has a newly decorated private bath, queen-size bed, and 13-inch cable television 
with 
VCR. The second bedroom has two twin beds and 13-inch cable television with VCR. 
 
This unit can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Decorated with a beach theme, your home-away-
from-
home at the Plantation promises you a wonderful family vacation on the Gulf of Mexico.

Fall......... Aug 9-Sep 05: $135/nt; $675/wk (4th & 7th night Free).

$200 Refundable Deposit is required within five (5) days of reservation.
