Welcome to our home-away-from-home at the beautiful Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. The Plantation is a gated, family-oriented, vacation community offering over 2000 feet of private, sugar-white, beach frontage on the Gulf of Mexico, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. You will be amazed at the activities available for all ages. This resort is perfect for your family getaway. You will want to come back year after year.

The Plantation offers an incredible amount of on-site amenities and for you golfers, the Plantation is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Perfectly located, the Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet our beach is not crowded or over-developed.

BUILDING 2 UNIT:  Our privately owned, third-floor, gulf-view, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is ready and waiting for you. Our building is perpendicular to the beach. Our unit is the second one back from the beach on the west side. The balcony and master bedroom window have a beautiful Southwest view of the gulf. You are literally steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sand beach.

We have installed ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathrooms. The living room is newly redecorated with a 27-inch cable television, VCR, DVD, queen-size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and wet bar.  The kitchen has new cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet and appliances and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home (New appliances include refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, glass top range, and microwave. Also provided are a toaster, coffee maker, dishes with service for 12, utensils, etc.). The bathrooms have new kitchen-height vanities, sinks and faucets. Card table and TV trays are provided for extra seating.  The master bedroom has a newly decorated private bath, queen-size bed, and 20-inch cable television. The second bedroom has two twin beds and 13-inch cable television.

This unit can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Decorated with a beach theme, your home-away-from-home at the Plantation promises you a wonderful family vacation on the Gulf of Mexico.  Availability calendar and first five pictures are shown for Building 2 Unit.

BUILDING 1 UNIT:  We have another two-bedroom, two-bath remodeled unit located in desirable Building 1, also perpendicular to the beach and on the third (top) floor.  This unit features a gulf view to the East and Southeast from the veranda and to the Southwest from the balcony and master bedroom.  This unit provides a very private location in the Resort because this building is on the far Eastern edge of the Resort, is only half the width of the other buildings and so does not have corresponding units across the hall facing East.  This results in a beautiful view of the undeveloped natural beach and gulf when on the spacious veranda on the East side of the building (see sixth photo).  The veranda view is perfect for nature lovers and those desiring a truly natural private beach view.  Additionally, you have a great view to the Southwest from the private balcony. 

The living room has a new 37-inch HD flat screen television, queen sleeper-sofa, accent chair and wet bar.  The kitchen has new appliances and is also fully equipped with service for 12 (see last two photos listed).  The master bedroom has a queen bed, 20-inch television and ceiling fan.  The second bedroom has twin beds, a 13-inch TV/VCR combo and ceiling fan.
