House is 1 mile north of Guana Tolomato River  State Park. Plenty of Fine restaurants right around 
the corner. Guana is one of North Floridas finest fishing areas with trails for hiking and biking. 
Plenty of parking available with spacious deck overlooking the ocean.

3 bedrooms with 2 Queens beds and one super single. 2 full bathrooms with one bathroom attached to 
master bedroom. Master bedroom has panoramic view of ocean and access to deck. Brand new 
appliances.  All kitchen amenities (Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove, dishwasher, microwave). TV cable 
VCR, 
DVD player, stereo set, large leather couch set.
