Fishermen's & Birdwatcher's Waterfront Haven in Crystal Beach

My home is on the Bolivar Peninsula with spectacular views of the
Gulf, the Marsh, the North Jetty, the Galveston/Houston Ship Channel
and Galveston Island. 1 1/2 miles from the Ferry Landing across from
Galveston and 10 miles down the road to Crystal Beach.

It is the ideal lodging for your vacation, visit Moody Gardens in
Galveston, join the crowd at Crystal Beach or better yet hit the
beach just a 1/2 mile from the house that is nice and quiet, then
come home and relax and enjoy a spectacular view of ships all lit up
waiting to go to Galveston port or Houston port. Whether you enjoy
the beach, fishing or watching the birds you can't find a better
location.

For the birdwatchers it is behind the Houston Audubon Society's
Bolivar Flats Shorebird Sanctuary and we have numerous other birding
sites on the Peninsula.

For the fisherman there is no better place to fish than the North
Jetty Pier, you don't have to have a boat to fish and if you are
lucky enough to have a boat, the boat launch is right next to the
jetty.

For the beach lovers there is no better place than the beach on the
west end, it is not overly crowded and just 1/2 mile from the house,
or you might want to try the "Little Beach" that is 3 blocks west of
the house next to Fort Travis. Which is another place that you have
to experience

The home has 1600 square feet of living space. Living room (19 by 21
feet); Dining room (8.3 by 11 feet); Kitchen (11 by 11.6 feet); Large
deck on front of home also enclosed sun porch (8.3 by 17.6 feet) has
nine windows overlooking Bolivar Roads with a trundle bed. Fully
concrete under house with covered parking. It has four bedrooms and
two baths. The first bedroom (13.6 by 15.7 feet) has a king bed. The
second bedroom (10.8 by 11.10 feet) has a King bed. The third
bedroom (11.6 by 16.4 feet) has two double/twin bunk beds. And the
fourth bedroom (9.2 by 11.6 feet) has queen bed.
Sunporch has a trundle bed.

Central Air/Heat, Satelite, TV in each room, Carpet, High chair,
crib, playpen, toys, games, multi-game table(pool, soccer,
basketball,hockey, etc), Bicycles
Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, Coffee Pot, Food Processor,
Ceiling Fan in each room, Fish Cleaning Table. Swing, built-in picnic
table. Fully concrete under house with enclosed work area with

Families only!!! No prom or spring break single groups. Ages 25 &
under must be accompanied by adult family members for duration of
stay. Rental is limited to the number of guests in the
reservation. Any additional overnight guests not stated at time of
reservation will incur an additonal charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that a reservation has to be cancelled, this must be
done in writing. It is the guests' responsibility to verify that we
have received the cancellation notice. Every effort will be made to
re-rent the cancelled period. If the period is re-rented and
confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded, less a $75 cancellation
fee. If we are unable to re-rent the canceled period, money paid will
be forfeited.
