Beautifully decorated, four-season mountain retreat on four acres  
with filtered lake views, two miles to Village of Schroon Lake and  
convenient to New England hiking, antiquing, small town festivals,  
Lake Placid, Gore Mountain, Montreal, Fort Ticonderoga, Vermont,  
Lake George and Saratoga.  
 
Three-level home, built in 2005 in traditional board and batten  
style, sleeps six to eight. Upper level has two bedrooms (one  
with queen bed, one with double)and a bath with jetted tub. The main  
floor opens to an extra large deck and features a open space with  
gourmet kitchen, dining area, wood burning fireplace, study (twin  
bed), powder room and double doors to outdoor deck. The lower level  
has a loft bed (queen and long twin), futon (twin), couch, tables,  
satellite television, CD/DVD player, full bathroom, washer, dryer.  
Outdoors are hand built stone walls, wood decks and 19th century  
stone boundary markers.
