Vacation Rental Description

Very clean, recently refurbished one bedroom, one bath condo located  
one block from Resident's Beach. This condo is freshly painted to  
include updated furniture and accessories. The bedroom has a king  
size bed,large closet space and two dressers. There is also a sleeper  
sofa in the living room.  Fully equipped kitchen, two cable TV sets,  
local phone service and ceiling fans. Everything you need to go to  
the beach is there waiting for you! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This complex has a large, beautiful heated pool, clubhouse, on-site  
laundry facilites and assigned parking. Beach pass available to  
breath-taking Residents Beach one block away.

Activities and Attractions

Wonderful island restaurants, boating and shelling excursions,  
relaxing and enjoying crystal white sands and breath-taking sunsets.  
The Everglades are a short drive away as well as shopping and  
entertainment in nearby Naples.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rental*- January through April $600 per week / $2,100 month 
Off season *    - May through December  $600 per week / $1,700 month 
 
Private Beach passes to Residents Beach are available at an  
additional price -  I have to purchase for guests from the Marco  
Island Civic Association. A 30 day beach pass is $100- the minimum  
beach pass is 2 weeks at $50. There is also a $50 cleaning fee  
applicable. 
 
No smoking. No pets.
