Pattee Canyon Retreat is a beautiful Missoula vacation house located just 4 miles from downtown
Missoula. Our vacation home offers a truly unique Montana experience. The house is situated on 5
timbered acres with open views of the valley and breathtaking sunsets. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath
home with wood floors, granite counters, and beautiful slate bathrooms that comes fully equipped for
a worry free and comfortable vacation. The outdoor space offers a large grassy area for outdoor BBQs,
lawn games, frisbee and in winter becomes a great sledding hill.

Missoula, often named the garden city, offers many outdoor recreational opportunities. Snowbowl, the
local ski area is a short 20 minute drive, the Clark Fork and Lochsa rivers offer exciting and
beautiful whitewater adventures, Mountain biking and cross country ski trails are found throughout
the Pattee Canyon Recreational area, excellent fishing and hunting are close by... For those looking
for music, theatre, fine-dining, museums and the University of Montana -we are only a short 7 minute
drive down the hill to town.

Whether a couple looking for a romantic retreat, a family looking for the perfect reunion venue, or a
