nature. Whether it's whale watching, crabbing, clamming, fishing for
salmon, or just falling asleep in front of a warm fireplace, here you
are guaranteed to have FUN!!!
It is located on the central Oregon Coast 4 miles north of Yachats.

The house is 2850 sq. ft.

5 bedrooms, with a total of 6 queen size beds, and two sets of bunk
beds (4 twins)
Bedroom Configuration: Downstairs; Bedroom#1- has 1 queen bed,
loveseat, recliner, TV ,DVD, and VCR. Upstairs; Bedroom #2, two queen
size beds with private deck bedroom shares bathroom with Bedroom #3
which has one queen size bed, Bedroom #4 has two sets of bunk beds,
Bedroom #5 and two queen beds. Bedrooms 1,2,and 5 have a great
oceanfront view.
3 1/2 baths, there are 2 jetted Jacuzzi tubs
2 Cable TV's, 2 VCR's, and 2 DVD players

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and eating utensils
The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own
sheets, towels, firewood, paper products, and cleaning rags. All cleaning
supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags. You will be
expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected
after you leave. If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the
house it will be an additional charge of $120.
There are no pets or smoking allowed.

The rates listed below are for the first 12 people.
Add $15 per person per night that exceed 12 people.

Jan, Feb, March, April, May, Nov, Dec weekends are $290.00 per night,
weekdays are $205 per night (exceptions would be spring breaks and
Christmas break, which are $260.00 per night for weekdays)
June $335 per night
July, August $395 per night
Sept, Oct weekends are $335 per night, weekdays are $225 per night
Holidays : Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New
years Day, and Memorial Day are $395 per night. Thanksgiving is a 4
day weekend for $1510.00.
