Vacation Rental Description

This is a spectacular LARGE LUXURY OCEANFRONT home with a panoramic
view of the ocean, surf, and beach out of many large windows, with
direct beach access right out the back door.

Sleeps 16 will allow up to 25 people

you stand awestruck at the majesty of the Pacific displayed in front
of you?  Or have you ever been fortunate enough to be on the coast
when the winter storms literally make the ocean put on a show for you?
At the Arnold Beach Haven Yachats you will experience the wonder of
nature.  Whether it's whale watching, crabbing, clamming, fishing for 
salmon, or just falling asleep in front of a warm fireplace, here you 
are guaranteed to have FUN!!!

 It is located on the central Oregon Coast 4 miles north of Yachats.

The house is 2850 sq. ft.
The house is a wonderful luxury oceanfront home with a fabulous view
out of many large windows
It has easy beach access, right out the back door!

5 bedrooms, with a total of 6 queen size beds, and two sets of bunk
beds (4 twins)
Bedroom Configuration:  Downstairs; Bedroom#1- has 1 queen bed,
loveseat, recliner, TV ,DVD, and VCR.  Upstairs; Bedroom #2, two queen
size beds with private deck bedroom shares bathroom with Bedroom #3
which has one queen size bed, Bedroom #4 has two sets of bunk beds,
Bedroom #5  and two queen beds.  Bedrooms 1,2,and 5 have a great
oceanfront view.
3 1/2 baths, there are 2 jetted Jacuzzi tubs
2 Cable TV's, 2 VCR's, and 2 DVD players

Large lower deck, and smaller upper deck off of bedroom, both facing
the ocean

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and eating utensils

The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own
sheets, towels, firewood, paper products, and cleaning rags.  All cleaning
supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags.  You will be
expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected
after you leave.  If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the
house it will be an additional charge of $120.

There are no pets or smoking allowed.

Vacation Rental Rates

There is a 1% Oregon Lodging Tax
There is a one time $30 inspection/processing fee

The rates listed below are for the first 12 people.  
Add $15 per person per night that exceed 12 people.

2008
Jan, Feb, March, April, May, Nov, Dec  weekends are $280.00 per night,
weekdays are $205 per night (exceptions would be spring breaks and 
Christmas break, which are $250.00 per night for weekdays)

June   $365.00 per night 
  
July, August  $415.00 per night  (7 day minimum for July and August)

Sept, Oct  weekends are $365 per night, weekdays are $255 per night
 
Holidays :  Labor Day,  Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New
years Day, and Memorial Day  are $415.00 per day.  Thanksgiving is a 4
day weekend for $1510.00.
