is situated a short walk to the Douglas Preserve, which offers long,  
peaceful walks and unparalleled beach views.  Prepare your favorite  
meal in the immaculate, newly decorated kitchen (2005), using our  
AllClad cookware and beautiful stainless steel appliances, or enjoy  
the sea breeze while cooking on our gas BBQ on the brand new tile  
patio.  After all the day's activities, unwind in the large hot tub  
under the wrought iron gazebo outside.  A king sized bed with crisp  
linens will ease you into sleep after a day of sight seeing, wine  
tasting, hiking, beach bathing, or any of the many activities Santa  
Barbara has to offer.  Situated in the peaceful Mesa  
area, "Tranquility" rests out of earshot of both the 101 freeway and  
the train line.  Yet "Tranquility" is only a short drive from all  
the delights of downtown Santa Barbara. Custom made cabinets and

September-May     $2300 per week/$7000 per month 
May-September    $3500 per week/$9000 per month 
This January and February we are giving you a 20% discount off the 
nightly rate.  Simply book and begin your stay with us before February 
29th and you will get 20% off the nightly rate! (that means $280 per 
night instead of $350 per night) 
 
*Nightly rates upon request 
Minimum fee of $900 in low season and $1200 in high season 
Higher rates apply on major holidays 
$250 cleaning charge applies 
Rates include 12% bed tax 
Booking deposit required 
$500 Security deposit required 
Excess cleaning fees may apply 
Total fee due 14 days before booking 
If booking less than 14 days in advance, full fee due at time of  
booking
