Newport Beach luxury corner condo, 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath,in private gated
community. This is a quiet community on 20 acres of well manicured,
beautifully landscaped grounds. The condo has over 1200 square feet
with views of the ocean and city lights from every room. Marble gas
fireplace.
The condo is completely furnished with all the towels, linens, beach
towels, dishes, etc., that will make you feel right at home. There's
even a washer and dryer that you don't have to feed quarters into.
We've also included extras like beach chairs, beach mats,
and two bikes. You won't have to pay extra to rent these items.
There are two swimming pools (1 quiet pool for adults and 1 family pool area), two hot tubs, large workout room, tennis courts, and a private parking space. Within walking distance
to the beach (less than 1/2 mile). It's also close to several other
beach towns and major attractions, including Disneyland (17 miles
away).

50% deposit due to hold reservations. Final payment due 45 days

$700 refundable security deposit ($1500 deposit - more than 3 months)
$150 cleaning fee (waived if want to clean unit yourself at end of
stay)
