Vacation Rental Description
Newport Beach 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath, condo in private gated
community. This is a quiet community on 20 acres of well manicured,
beautifully landscaped grounds. The condo has over 1200 square feet
with views of the ocean and city lights from every room. Marble gas
fireplace and floors.
The condo is completely furnished with all the towels, linens, beach
towels, dishes, etc., that will make you feel right at home. There's
even a washer and dryer that you don't have to feed quarters into.
We've also included extras like beach chairs, beach mats,
and two bikes. You won't have to pay extra to rent these items.
There are two swimming pools, two hot tubs, large workout room,
tennis courts, and a private parking space. Within walking distance
to the beach (less than 1/2 mile). It's also close to several other
beach towns and major attractions, including Disneyland (17 miles
away).
Vacation Rental Amenities
Marble gas fireplace, gas barbeque, local phone, cable tv, 2 DVD
players, stero, 3 TV's, high speed internet, full kitchen,
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, private parking
space.

Off season $3600 - $4200 per MONTH
High Season $4200 - $5500 per MONTH (June - Sep 15)
50% deposit due to hold reservations. Final payment due 45 days
prior.
$700 refundable security deposit ($1500 deposit - more than 3 months)
$150 cleaning fee (waived if want to clean unit yourself at end of stay)
