The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, full bath, and dressing area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as another single daybed. Maximum of 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy meals on the fully screened porch that overlooks Satellite Beach.

Living room and both bedrooms have Cable TV.

$3000-$3200 per month, $1000 (peak and holidays can be higher) per week, plus a $100 (minimum) damage deposit- fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection.
$90 cleaning fee (upon departure)-no daily or weekly maid service.
