Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful direct Oceanfront and Poolside unit. Fully 
furnished and recently updated with all amenities. Satellite Beach is 
an hour from all Orlando attractions and just south of Cocoa Beach. 
It is a very quiet beach with very limited public access.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, full bath, 
and dressing area.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well 
as another single daybed. The living room also has a futon. 

The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy meals on the fully screened 
porch that overlooks Satellite Beach.

Living room and both bedrooms have Cable TV.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, Full Kitchen, Microwave, 
Dishwasher, Icemaker, Utensils, Linens, Coin laundry on each floor, 
Pool, Elevators, Telephone (local service only), No Smoking, No Pets.

Activities and Attractions

On Site Activities:  Shuffleboard, Swimming, Shelling, 2 Game Rooms- 
one with ping pong, Fishing.

Nearby Activities: Wonderful restaurants, Golf, Tennis, Kennedy Space

Vacation Rental Rates

$3000-$3300 per mo. (This unit is available Oct 1 through March 31st)
$1000-$1250 weekly depending on the season

$300 Security Deposit- fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection.
$85 cleaning fee (upon departure)-no daily or weekly maid service.

Half of Total Rent(Non-Refundable)Due Upon Reservation, Balance 
Due 60 Days Prior to Arrival.
