Vacation Rental Description

Total relaxation will be yours in this lovely home just one block 
from the Gulf of Mexico. 

Completely remodeled top to bottom, it is two-story above parking, 
nicely furnished and appointed, showing pride of ownership. 
Approximately 550 square feet of decking; both upper and lower levels 
afford views of park and gulf and are wonderful for sunning or simply 
reading a good book.

Both bedrooms, one bath (with ceramic tile flooring), and laundry are 
up stairs.  Bedroom #1 has a full size bed, sitting area, large walk-
in closet, cable TV, carpet, and affords views of the park and gulf.  
Bedroom #2 has hardwood flooring, two twin beds, and some gulfviews. 

The downstairs flooring is ceramic tile laid on the diagonal. There 
is a large great room, comfortably furnished including cable TV.  The 
dining area is good sized, while the small kitchen is galley style.

This home is nicely and completely furnished including linens and all 
appliances. 

Comments have always been that it is so "comfortable" and convenient 
to everything! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located less than 2 hours from the popular theme park area in Orlando 
and less than 1 hour from Tampa's Busch Gardens. 
 
You have a trolly that takes you anywhere you want to go along the 17 
miles of beaches from St. Petersburg Beach up to Clearwater.

Mini-golf, a library at Town Hall & a fabulous restaurant are all 
within walking distance. Golf courses, Deep sea fishing, jet ski 
rentals, casino cruises, wonderful shopping in St. Petersburg and 
Tampa -- all so close -- plus the convenience to Tampa International 
Airport.

Activities and Attractions

Walk one block to the beach, drive two blocks to the public boat ramp 
where you can easily launch your boat, then leave your vehicle and 
trailer in the parking area.  Nature park complete with bath house, 
picnic pavilions and boardwalk to intercoastal is less than 1/2 block 
from home.  Fish from the end of its boardwalk or relax and watch the 
boats go by.  Home is convenientally located to restaurants, grocery 
and drug stores, vegetable market, churches, hospital, mall and super 
nice county parks -- all only approximately 2 miles or so away.

Vacation Rental Rates

1 month minimum
Jan 1- Apr 30    $2150/month
May 1 - Aug 31   $1975/month
Sept 1 - Dec 30  $1800/month
plus appropriate state and county taxes; $75.00 cleaning fee 
additional.

This unit will sleep only four.  That number is enforced.

$700.00 deposit required and non-refundable if cancellation is made 
less than 45 days prior to arrival.

No smoking and pets only with owner approval & additional deposit.
