Rental Rates:
Jan. - Apr. = $4,300/mo. Unless consecutive months rented, then $4200.00 per month for minimum of two
months. Sorry, but under no circumstances will we rent for less than one full month!
May –Dec = $4,000/mo
For rentals of 6 months or more no sales or resort taxes are necessary - please call as discounts
available
(Plus $500 security deposit, $100 exit cleaning fee and 10% Sales and Resort taxes on all leases less
than 6 mos. All utilities are included except for long distance phone charges.No smoking allowed.
Additional discount given for 3-month rental.)
