Vacation Rental Description

A stunning contemporary, hacienda style, in a picture postcard 
setting describes this private hillside retreat in the gated Las 
Brisas subdivision.  The deck surrounding the pool affords 
breathtaking beautiful views of Acapulco Bay, the city and the 
mountains rising majestically in the distance.  
From the minute you are met at the airport by the houseman, you will 
enjoy the best vacation possible.  Enter through the massive, carved 
doors to view exquisite surroundings and an inside waterfall.  
Wonderful grounds and gardens are enclosed by gated stonewalls.  The 
Villa consists of living room, two dining areas, plus an outdoor 
palapa,kitchen, five bedroom suites, five and one half baths, a 
large swimming pool with mosaic tiles and an outside waterfall, 
outdoor bar, and hottub. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Use of the Association Club for tennis, additional pools, gym, and 
restaurant all of which is just a 5 minute walk.
Casa Princesa accommodates 10 people nicely - we have beautifully 
decorated bedrooms each with their own bathrooms.  Each bedroom has 
a view of the bay of Acapulco and the city.  Four bedrooms have king-
size beds and one has twin beds. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, 
ceiling fans and TV's.
The outstanding staff includes an English speaking houseman, gourmet 
chef, maid, laundress, and gardener-poolman.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, boating and golf are within an easy drive.  A private 
beach is 3 minutes by car.  Acapulco night-life is a 5 minute drive 
or taxi to the finest restaurants and discos.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 15th to November 14th $1,000.00 per day
November 14th thru April 14th $1,200.00 per day
December 15th thru January 1, $2,500 per day
Easter week $1,500 per day
