WILLIAM SONOMA and more. Great boutiques and designer shops. 

Have a coffee at STARBUCKS, or have lunch or dinner at the many fine 
restaurants. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 1250 sq. ft. spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms townhome is 
freshly painted and nicely decorated. Fully furnished with newer 
furniture, wet bar, new appliances and indoor laundry downstairs. 
There is a beautiful private patio off the kitchen to enjoy your 
morning coffee.  

Activities and Attractions

Within Deep Canyon Tennis Club, you will enjoy 12 available pools, 
along with 14 tennis courts and a social hall with many 
activities planned every day. There is a exercize room and club 
house that can be used daily.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2000.00 a month, with a three month minimum or 2500.00 month on a 
month by month basis during the peak season(Dec.-April). There is a 
$1500 refundable security deposit and a $125 cleaning fee at time of 
leasing, along with first month's rent. Please, no smoking / no 
pets. This townhome is available starting November 1, 2007
