funished 3-story ocean front home has all the comforts of home as

Tenant Membership to the Serenata Beach Club is also available for a 
fee of $160.00 for the week plus a $50 adminstrative charge!  The Club is 3/4 of a mile north of the 
home and offers a fitness center, heated pool, lap pool, restaurant, 
lounge and various activities.

Fully furnished three story, 3600 square foot home offering splendid 
ocean views and private beach access. Home boasts light and bright 
colors and furnishings throughout the home, tall ceilings, hardwood 
floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 
Can accommodate up to 3 families. Maximum capacity allowed is 18. 
Six bedrooms and four and one half baths that includes 2 Master 
Suites with king size beds and private bathrooms 
Bedroom #3 features a king size bed 
Bedroom #4 has three twin beds 
Bedroom #5 includes two twin beds (loft)
Bedroom #6 has two queen beds

In addition a queen sleeper, toddler bed, pack and play and high chair are 
available.



For additional entertainment, the property has a billiard room, wet 
bar, wood burning fireplace for chilly evenings, Big Screen TVs, 
DVDs,
VCRs, complete sound system throughout the home, a fully equipped 
large kitchen, large multi-level entertainment deck overlooking the 
ocean, professional series gas grill, and plenty of beach equipment 
and toys.

Activities and Attractions

10 minutes from your vacation rental, you enter into a time warp as 
you step into the famous Spanish fort De Castillo De San Marco and 
see how people lived once upon a time. Walk the cobblestoned 
shopping 
district of St. George Street and explore St. Augustine's many 
exciting museums including the Lightner Museum, The Old Lighthouse, 
the Spanish Quarter Museum, the Old Jail and the Old Florida Museum. 
Of course a vacation in Florida would be incomplete without a visit 
to the Alligator Farm. 

If history is not your cup of tea, St. Augustine and surrounding 
areas offer many opportunities for water lovers to play in and on 
the 
water. Play on your beach, charter a boat, participate in the The 
Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament, explore the marshlands of 
Guana State Park with guided kayak tours and rentals. 

Just off I-95 the World Golf Village is a golfer's paradise. This 
masterpiece contains a World Golf Hall of Fame, a 300-seat IMAX 
Theater, a PGA Tour Stop shopping mecca, restaurants, shops and, of 
course, 2 championship caliber golf courses. 

Looking north, a 20 minute drive brings you to Ponte Vedra and 
Jacksonville with over 15 top rated golf courses to challenge the 
scratch golfer and weekend duffer alike. TPC in Sawgrass, Ponte 
Vedra 
hosts the PGA The Players Championship (TPC) which brings in some of 
golf's biggest names. 

Golf isn't the only game in town. Ready for some football? Baseball? 
Tennis Anyone? Jacksonville is the home to the NFL team, the 
Jaguars, 
and will be hosting the 2005 Superbowl. The Jacksonville Suns, a

Vacation Season (Mar 1 to Sept 30)Weekly $ 3,300 / Monthly $ 10,000 
Fall/Winter Season (Oct 1 to Feb 28)Weekly $ 2,400 / Monthly $ 6,000 
Daily Rentals may be available during certain months.  Rate will 
range from $400-$500 per night with a minimum of 3 nights required.
Notes:	
(1) Excessive usage of electricity will be charged along with weekly 
rates. Weekly electric charges in excess of $150 and weekly long 
distance telephone charges in excess of $25 per week (350 minutes) 
will be charged back to the Tenant.
(2) Excessive usage of electricity will be charged along with 
monthly 
rates.  Monthly electric charges in excess of $400 and monthly long 
distance telephone charges in excess of $100 per month (1400 
minutes) 
will be charged back to the Tenant.
(3) A deposit of $500 per week is required for confirmation and does 
NOT apply to rent.
(4) Cancellations require 60 days advance notice for guaranteed 
refund.
(5) No pets.	
(6) Smoking is prohibited in the home.
(7) There is not a separate fee for cleaning.
