Vacation Rental Description

The luxury three-bedroom, two bathroom air-conditioned villa is 
situated at Fairway Oaks, overlooking 'The Links'golf course. It is 
fully furnished and equipped to high standards and contains 
everything you need for your holiday. It is within comfortable reach 
of all the main attractions and is within a few minutes drive of 
local beaches and shopping malls.

It includes your own private, screened solar-heated pool and patio 
area, complete with sunloungers and patio furniture. Patio faces west.
The patio and pool can be floodlight at night.

The villa sleeps six and arrangements can be made for the additional 
provision of a small baby cot.

The villa is managed professionally by locally based English managing 
agents.All linens and towels(not beach towels)are provided and there 
is full between-lets cleaning.

Activities and Attractions

Whatever attracts you to Florida, you are within comfortable reach of 
all the main attractions. 
The nearest supermarket, cafe, hairdressers, garages, pharmacy, 
cleaners, off licence, etc.,and The Links clubhouse are two minutes 
away. The local beach and famous Sam's Bar are five minutes by car. A 
wide range of restaurants and the Gulf View shopping mall ten minutes.

Clearwater, Tampa and St Petersburg are 40-60 minutes drive, whilst 
the attractions of Orlando can be reached in one-and-a-half to two 
hours comfortable driving. 

Attractions include:
   Tampa & Busch Gardens
   St Petersburg and the Dali Museum
   Clearwater & many other wonderful beaches.
   Tarpon Springs, the sponge capital & Greek community.
   Off-shore islands for shelling and boating trips.
   Weeki Wachi for the Buccaneer Bay theme park.
   Homasassa Springs for the State Wildlife Park and the manatees.
   Golf, fishing,off-shore casino, tennis, sailing,skiing, 
   scuba-diving, fleamarkets, shopping malls - the list really is
   endless!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

From £450 to £525 per week depending on dates plus Florida sales & 
tourism tax (currently 8%).Maximum occupancy is six persons.
Minimum stay is seven nights.Discounts for three weeks or more.
Available throughout the year. 
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked will be required 
when the booking is made.
The cleaning service both before and after your stay, all 
electricity, water and local telephone calls are included in the 
charge.
