The address of this vacation home is 2761 Ocean Front Walk, on the corner of Ocean Front
Walk and Brighton Court. This single family one story home is located in beautiful South Mission Beach directly on the ocean front. It is definitely one of a kind. It has a huge deck facing directly onto the beach and the Pacific Ocean. It rests on an extra large corner lot with 50 plus feet of direct ocean frontage. The view is spectacular!
There are 5 bedrooms. There are two bathrooms and TWO fully equipped kitchens.
The home is one story and the vacationing tenant has exclusive use of the entire property, including the decks and the 5 parking places. If you would like more pictures, including the interior, please request when you contact me and I will provide them.

house rental amenities
All deck furniture is provided, including 5 lounges with pads, 3 tables with chairs, gas barbeque w/utensils, and umbrellas. An outside shower exists for rinsing off after your dips in the ocean.
There are two flat screen TVs with Cable (HBO) and VCRs. Wireless internet access provided. One TV is in the front room and the other is in the second master with the queen bed.. Two bedrooms have a
queen bed,two of the bedrooms have a double bed each, and the other bedroom has one single bed and
one double bed.
The two kitchens are equipped with everything, including dishes, cookware, silverware,
blenders, microwaves, and coffee makers in each kitchen.
All linens are provided except for bath towels.
Towels are not provided, but can be supplied if requested..
There are 5 lighted parking places in the rear for the exclusive use of the tenant and a one car garage.
The garage has the washer and dryer, and is best used to store your own bikes, boogie boards,surfboards, coolers, etc.
There are plenty of beach chairs available in the garage.
A land phone line is active in the home.

activities and attractions in Mission Beach San Diego Area
South Mission Beach is a peninsula two blocks wide and one mile in length. The ocean is on one side,
and Mission Bay on the other. This home sits directly on the ocean front, yet is only two short
blocks across Mission Boulevard to the bay.
There are innumerable activities to be enjoyed on the bay and ocean and their adjoining beaches.
Some include sailing, wind surfing, surfing, boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, swimming,
kayaking, fishing, shelling, long beautiful walks on the shorelines, skating, biking, jogging and
beach volleyball. Belmont Park, Sea World, the world famous San Diego Zoo, and Scripps Aquarium are
minutes away.
World class shopping is 10 minutes away in Fashion and Mission Valley Centers.
Great restaurants are a bicycle ride away, on the Boardwalk. There are several nice family
restaurants, a full service market, and a liquor store within walking distance in South
Mission Beach. Possibly the greatest activity is watching for the green flash over the ocean
each evening as the sun sets directly in front of your home!
vacation rental rates
The rates for this home vary depending upon the week of the summer and
if multiple weeks are rented. It is only available for rent for one week minimum during the
months of June, July and August and for a 9 month period, beginning in September. The week is
scheduled for a Saturday to Saturday reservation, check in at 2:00 PM and check out by 9:00 AM the
following Saturday.
The summer rates are $4200 to $5000 per week depending upon the week/weeks rented.
The 9 month period rents for $4800 per month on a 9 month lease and is only furnished with furniture, not household amenities.
If this property is rented for less than 30 continuous days the City of San
Diego requires payment of a TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax). That tax would be required in addition to the rent for the
week/weeks' stay.
There is also a $250 refundable cleaning deposit required prior to move in for a week's stay.
So sorry, but no pets and no smoking on property.
