Beach Dreams Cottage Unit 208 in Wells

This cottage is located in the Perkins Cove Village of Beach Dreams Cottages in Wells Beach, Maine. There are two bedrooms, one queen sized bed and two twin beds with a trundle under. There's also a queen sized couchbed in the living room. There is a fully applianced kitchen, including washer/dryer, which is open to the living area, both with cathedral ceilings for an open feel. Off the living area is a covered deck for relaxing and grilling outdoors after a day at the beach, pool, or enjoying one of the many amenities in the Wells/Ogunquit area.  We also have an extra patio area off the deck.

Beach Dreams is a centrally located area off Route one; However, it is set back from the rush of the main road to provide a private, gated community. There is a central "Dream Club" where groups can meet, relax at the kid and adult pool and jacuzzi, and enjoy a barbecue. There is also a video game room, exercise room, pool table room, and men's and women's bathrooms for changing at the pool area. In addition, there is a pool right near the cottage for your convenience as well. Extra amenities also include tennis, basketball, and bocce courts.
The Wells area has numerous beaches, golf courses(including mini-golf), fishing charters, sight seeing trips, and walking and biking trails. There are many restaurants, antique shops, gift shops, and large outlet shopping in the area. Beach Dreams is located on the trolley stop to connect you with the nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants in the Wells/Ogunquit area.
